1. Looking Back at 2024: Synergized Growth of the "Base"
In 2024, Anhui Pacific Special Netting Co., Ltd. strode forward with significant development.
The company successfully passed the re-evaluation for the third batch of National Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative ("Little Giant") Enterprises. It is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise.
Newly constructed or upgraded specialized production bases have been put into full operation successively:
⑴ The Phase III Project (Dryer Screen & Filter Belt Production Base) was newly constructed on an additional 100-mu (approx. 6.67 hectares) vacant land. High-end, digital, and intelligent equipment was progressively installed, debugged, and commenced operation within modern standardized workshops. This includes internationally advanced warping machines, German heavy-duty rapier looms, and AG setting machines. The independently innovated jacquard semi-automatic splicing machine has fully replaced the original semi-automatic splicers for dryer screens and filter belts, further enhancing splicing efficiency.
⑵ Within the standardized workshops of the Phase II Project (Forming Fabric Production Base), Jaeger BK880 rapier looms, Jürgens JR-2500 and SC-5 automatic splicing machines, and secondary heat-setting machines have also commenced production. This enables more precise zonal production control and management, laying a solid foundation for high-quality, high-efficiency, and high-stability collaborative production.
2. Pioneer of "Smart" Manufacturing, Specialized Development
The company continuously invests in constructing intelligent manufacturing projects. With equipment operating efficiently and digital display screens monitoring processes, product yield rates, and energy consumption data in real-time, intelligent production capacity has become the core engine. This has driven a production capacity increase of over 50% while ensuring stable quality.
In the high-end forming fabric market for high-speed paper machines, relying on proprietary SSB forming fabric technology and utilizing specialized, digital production line equipment, the company has successfully achieved import substitution for forming fabrics on paper machines running at speeds of 1600 m/min (including continuous supply to Huatai Paper, crescent-type tissue machines, etc.), securing a share in a market traditionally dominated by European and American companies.
Strengthening the competitive advantage in monofilament dryer screen products, a 11.75-meter-wide monofilament dryer screen operates at high speed on the Hainan Gold Hongye paper machine. Dryer screen products are further expanding into the international market, exporting to global companies such as Suzano in Brazil, Metso and Stora Enso in Finland.
Independently developed pulp sheet wires have gained customer recognition, replacing foreign products at Hainan Gold Hongye. Domestically pioneered products like heat-shrinkable wires and caustic recovery filter fabrics are seeing further volume expansion, with production and sales surging by over 70%.
3. R&D Platform, Continuous Innovation
The company actively established and applied for the "China Technical Textiles Industry R&D Center for Specialized Paper Dryer Screens," becoming the first domestically certified specialized R&D center for papermaking textiles in China.
Continuously absorbing new technologies and achievements, the company optimizes its product portfolio, enhancing the technological content and added value of its products, and was granted one invention patent. Together with the Taihe County Screen & Filter Media Association, the company hosted the "Scientific and Technological Innovation Helps Create New Quality Productive Forces" Development Forum for the Screen & Filter Media Industry in Taihe County, contributing to the regional industry and sector.
The company continues to deepen its expertise in the field of papermaking textiles, forging ahead on the path of modern papermaking industrial fabrics with its self-developed products, solidifying foundational capabilities, and opening markets with innovation. By shaping the industrial landscape with intelligence and sustainability, and driven by innovation-led development, the company injects vigorous momentum into the high-quality development of China's paper industry.
