Anhui Pacific Special Netting Co., Ltd. Delivers Efficiency and High Quality with Advanced Equipment

2022-08-11

To meet the upgrading and development needs of top 100 papermaking enterprises at home and abroad, Pacific Special Netting has been phasing in advanced intelligent production line equipment since 2018, including warping machines, looms, heat-setting machines, and fully automatic splicing machines, while also strengthening the independent R&D and manufacturing of its own equipment.

The complete set of warping machines from Germany’s KARL MAYER meets the ultra-smooth requirements for dryer fabric and press felt warping drums. It ensures that the tension error of each warp thread on the forming fabric warping drum does not exceed 10%, that each warping drum is flat, and that the outer diameter dimensions are consistent. This enables intelligent control of the tension of each monofilament, as well as digitalized and visual operation of each warping drum. The warping speed can be increased by six times, significantly enhancing both the efficiency and quality of the warping process.

One newly introduced German JÄGER BK880 rapier loom and two German JüRGENS JR-2500 heavy-duty rapier looms are now available for product R&D, trial production, and manufacturing. Based on calculations of equipment width, operational speed, and efficiency, the new machinery has increased production capacity by 2.9 times, significantly enhancing production efficiency. With improved equipment stability, the SSB65 and SSB70 series forming fabrics with higher and finer warp/weft densities can now be produced, meeting the requirements of modern high-speed crescent-type tissue machines.

A new eco-friendly hot-air pin-plate heat-setting machine, jointly manufactured by Norway’s AG and Germany’s JÄGER, has been introduced. It enables intelligent, fully automated operation, with single-pass heat-setting efficiency increased by 2.1 times. The machine can be used for heat-setting various types of multi-layer papermaking fabrics, achieving quality that meets advanced domestic and international standards.

Self-developed patented semi-automatic new/old splicing machines are installed in a unified workshop, enabling centralized splicing of coarse-mesh fabrics such as dryer fabrics, pulp forming fabrics, and press felts. This facilitates centralized maintenance and repair.
