Anhui Pacific Special Netting: The New Eco-Friendly Heat Setting Machine Safeguards High-Speed Papermaking Fabrics
2022-08-11
In 2018, Anhui Pacific Special Netting began introducing a hot-air pin-plate heat-setting machine co-developed and manufactured by Norway's AG and Germany's JÄGER. It is reported that this heat-setting machine adopts natural gas heating and can meet the production requirements for papermaking fabrics with a width of up to 11 meters and a length of up to 150 meters in a single pass. The new heat-setting machine will primarily be used for the research, development, trial production, and manufacturing of forming fabrics and specialty mesh products. It will further stabilize and enhance the quality of forming fabric products, injecting new vitality into the growth of Pacific Special Netting.

Engineers from Norway's AG and Pacific Special Netting worked together to fully commission the heat-setting machine.
